No, all boards sold are still available. Some boards are however no longer stocked (typically because the board is a bit older and no longer used for new designs). These boards are subject to a minimum order volume, typically in the 150-250 pcs range.
Sometimes specific memory chips are discontinued and in these cases it is not possible to produce exact versions of old designs.
